Facility Reservation Information
Please note: Submitting a Permit Request does not guarantee that your request will be approved. All Facility Rental Requests are considered in chronological order as received. Once you submit your request, it will be processed by our office and you will be contacted regarding your reservation status.
ALL APPROVED PERMITS WILL REMAIN IN TENTATIVE STATUS UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Once payment has been received, your Firm Status receipt will function as your Rental Permit, which you will need to have on site during your event.
Community Events, Benefits, Fundraisers, and other events open to the public are subject to additional Approval and will need to complete a Special Event Application in addition to their Facility Rental Application.
