Hannah's Bark Park New Membership Application

By submitting your application for membership, all applicants agree that they have read and understand the Hannah's Bark Park Membership Packet guidelines, Membership Requirements, and Dog Incident Policy.

Hannah's Bark Park Memberships will be issued upon submission of a completed Membership Application, current Rabies Vaccination information (including expiration date), and Michigan Dog License number (including expiration date). For more information on Dog Licensing, see the Isabella County Treasurer's Office website. Tribal Dog Licenses are also accepted; for more information check the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe's website.

Once a Bark Park Pass is issued, you will be enrolled for a 1 (one) Year Membership for Hannah's Bark Park as well as a Bark Park Paperwork Pass. Your Bark Park Membership will need to be renewed each year to continue accessing the park; your Bark Park Paperwork Pass will remain valid until the expiration of your dog's Rabies Vaccination or Dog License, whichever comes first (now usually the same date, but not always). You will receive a notice for expiration for both your Yearly Membership as well as your Bark Park Pass the month before each expires. 

Complete both pages of the Membership Application to submit electronically using this form or submit in person at our City Hall office, 320 W. Broadway Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI.  Applications can be approved and credentials activated Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you would like a physical key fob, you will need to visit our City Hall office, 320 W. Broadway Street, during business hours for us to activate one for you. Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

We are now able to offer Bark Park Access Credentials through ISONAS Pure Mobile. The app is available for free on both the Apple and Google Play stores and works via Bluetooth connection to the Bark Park door lock. Just open the app, click to send, and you're in!

If you would like a to use your phone to access the Bark Park, you will need to download the ISONAS app and provide us with the Device ID given by the app. You can do so by clicking the 3 dot menu in the top right corner and selecting "View Device ID". You may either upload a screenshot of your Device ID or input it below. Payment of yearly membership fees is required prior to Mobile Credentials being activated.
