Bark Park Existing Member Mobile Credential

Please sign in to your Portal Account so we can verify that Mobile Credential Requests are coming from Household Members. Mobile Credentials will allow members to enter and exit Hannah's Bark Park using an app on their Mobile Phone rather than a physical key fob. You will need to download the ISONAS Pure Mobile App from the Apple or Google Play app store prior to submitting your form as there is information from the app that we will need in order to activate your credential. 

In order to receive a Mobile Credential for Hannah's Bark Park, your household must already have an active membership for the Bark Park. Mobile Credentials are provided at no cost to our members, and can be registered to any member of your household age 17 and up who you would like to be able to access the dog park with the dogs you have registered with our office. All household credentials will expire and be renewed with your Bark Park Membership. 

Credentials will not migrate when you get a new phone; you will need to submit a new credential request with your new Device ID. If you would like to have a Credential removed from your Household (if someone moves or a new device is purchased), please contact our office. 

You will need to provide your Device ID from the ISONAS Pure Mobile App in order for us to activate a mobile credential for you. You can find this by opening the app, clicking on the three dot menu in the top right corner, then clicking "View Device ID". You may either upload a screenshot of this screen, or enter your Device ID below.
